Starting prices are estimates for basic designs. Final quotes depend on materials, stitch count, digitizing needs, and quantity. Sweatshirts generally start around $40. All orders are reviewed before acceptance.

Embroidery sizing & design limits +
Our current maximum embroidery area is approximately 4 × 4 inches (10 × 10 cm). It's perfect for small chest designs, patches, names, monograms, and other delicate accents. Very detailed photos, extremely small lettering, gradients, and oversized designs may need simplification or may not be possible.
Garments, blanks & sizing +
We can discuss available blank items such as Gildan 18000 crewneck sweatshirts ↗, Gildan 5000 T-shirts ↗, and Liberty Bags totes ↗. These are style references, not guaranteed stock. We confirm the exact item, color, measurements, pricing, and availability before your order is approved. When ordering clothes, please consult the manufacturer's size chart for the specific style; sizing may vary. Customer-supplied items are considered case by case.
Shipping & local meetups +
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States; shipping costs are paid by the customer and provided in your quote. We can also arrange an agreed public meetup between Waterbury and Hartford, Connecticut. A $25 minimum order applies to local public meetups. No home address or private pickup location is offered on this site.
Emailing artwork & image permissions +
Our order form does not accept file attachments. After submitting your request, email your artwork to lizzieembroiders@gmail.com. Include your name and the same email address you used on the form so we can match your design to your request. PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF files are helpful, ideally with clear outlines and good resolution.
Artwork must be converted into embroidery stitch files before production and may require an additional setup fee. By emailing artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. Not every image can be embroidered, especially detailed or oversized designs.
Content & right to decline requests +
We reserve the right to decline any order or design that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, contains hateful or discriminatory content, harassment, or explicit material, or that we're otherwise uncomfortable producing. This applies to images, text, and custom requests. Order acceptance remains at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Quotes, timing & custom requests +
Submitting a request is free and does not obligate you to purchase. We'll confirm design feasibility, total price, estimated turnaround, and payment terms before accepting an order. Since every piece is custom, please wait for confirmation before assuming a deadline can be met. Have an unusual idea? Email Lizzie and we'll see what we can do.
